Island pharmacists can renew medications initially prescribed by a physician or nurse practitioner. They can also assess and prescribe for many common ailments including:

• urinary tract infection
• strep throat
• sinus congestion
• cold sores
• allergic rhinitis
• rashes
• minor joint/muscle pain
• acne
• shingles
• impetigo
• hormonal contraception
• and many other common ailments!

Physician Walk-in Clinics are offered to ensure you have access to health services when you need them.

Please ensure to bring along a list of your current medications, as well as your PEI Health Card or, if visiting from another province, your Provincial Health Card.

Patients who require ongoing care for chronic diseases are encouraged to establish a patient-doctor relationship with a family physician as a walk-in clinic is unable to adequately meet that need. If you do not have a family physician, please call to be put on the patient registry or register online.
