A Pharmacist Care Clinic visit is a health appointment with our pharmacist where you can get assessment and treatments for certain conditions without waiting in an ER or at a walk‑in clinic.

Our pharmacists can:

• Assess and prescribe for 35+ common ailments
• Renew most prescriptions
• Provide immunizations and travel vaccines
• Review medications and offer personalized Care Plan services
• Advise on chronic disease prevention and management
• Offer guidance on non-prescription products, supplements, and lifestyle care
• Provide referrals when higher‑level care is needed

Physician Walk-in Clinics are offered to ensure you have access to health services when you need them.

Please ensure to bring along a list of your current medications, as well as your PEI Health Card or, if visiting from another province, your Provincial Health Card.

Patients who require ongoing care for chronic diseases are encouraged to establish a patient-doctor relationship with a family physician as a walk-in clinic is unable to adequately meet that need. If you do not have a family physician, please call to be put on the patient registry or register online.
