Taking advantage of our new online service appointment option lets you save time and reach a health care professional from the comfort of home, from the office or while on the go. No need to fight traffic or find transportation! Appointments are still with a Murphy’s pharmacist, not a third-party service.

How do I book a virtual appointment?

There are several easy ways to book your next virtual appointment with a Murphy’s Pharmacies team member.

1. You can book online using PharmaConnect right here on the website. BOOK NOW

2. You can book an appointment from the PharmaConnect app on your smartphone or tablet.

(If you usually visit Murphy’s Pharmacies in East Royalty, Rustico, or Wellington, choose another pharmacy when booking a virtual appointment.)

3. You can call a Murphy’s Pharmacies location (or visit us in person) and one of our team members will assist you with booking your appointment.

How do I attend my virtual appointment?

Once your virtual appointment is booked, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your appointment when the appointment time arrives. You will also receive a reminder closer to the appointment time.

To access your virtual appointment, you can use a computer or simply use the PharmaConnect app on your smartphone or tablet. It’s similar to using FaceTime or Zoom.
