The Marketing Coordinator responsibilities includes assisting on the development of advertising campaigns, managing email lists for various companies using the company’s CRM, development of content for newsletters, management and editing of educational content for newsletters, and managing the production and distribution of print and digital newsletters.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in direct marketing principles, be highly organized and detail oriented, and be a strong writer.
The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Chief Marketing Officer for Murphy Healthcare.

Assist in the development of marketing campaigns
Management of email lists in CRM
Be the in-house expert on CRM and marketing automation technology
Development of content for newsletters and blogs, including writing and editing
Development of content for special reports on various health topics
Management of external copywriters
Documentation and reporting of results for advertising campaigns

Develop and deliver sales and relationship management training programs for front line client service employees, in person, video and print

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, business, or a related field would be an asset
Minimum of three years of sales and marketing experience
Strong writing skills is a requirement. Experience with writing direct response sales copy is preferred by not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and external partners
CRM / MAT experience would be an asset
Have sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new software and programs and, easily acquiring new technical skills
Be personable, professional and operate with a high degree of integrity
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
