Island pharmacists can assess and prescribe for 35+ common ailments:
- UTIs (urinary tract infection): Patient must have been previously diagnosed with a UTI and cannot be within four weeks of symptoms that developed with a previous UTI. Pharmacists cannot prescribe if you have been previously treated with two or more episodes in the last six months OR three or more episodes in the last 12 months. Maximum two assessments by pharmacists per year. Must be female, 19+. Not available for males.
